Tucked away in a quiet corner of Dicky Beach, Wilson Avenue occupies an awkwardly shaped residential block. Expansive views reach toward Moffat Beach, one of the Sunshine Coast’s most iconic beaches.

The existing brick-and-tile dwelling was demolished to allow the new home to take full advantage of the sea breezes and the coastal outlook.
